Daniel Pifko is an Associate Attorney at McAlpine, PC. Mr. Pifko specializes in contract disputes, as well as complex commercial litigation. Immediately since joining the firm, Mr. Pifko has been intimately involved with litigating high profile and complex construction disputes.

Mr. Pifko graduated from Wayne State University Law School in 2023 after being awarded a full-tuition scholarship for academic achievement. During his time in law school, Mr. Pifko received the Wayne Law Warrior Pro Bono award for his representation of indigent defendants at a Public Defender Office. As a member of the Wayne State University Business and Community Law Clinic, Mr. Pifko counseled a non-profit client on various compliance requirements, including the required steps to maintain tax-exempt status and requirements to maintain trademark registration. Before law school, Mr. Pifko graduated from Ferris State University with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice earning the Law Achievement Award in the Ferris State Law Enforcement Academy.
