Mark W. Oszust
Associate Attorney
Mark W. Oszust is an Associate Attorney at McAlpine, PC. Mr. Oszust specializes in construction and real estate law, as well as complex commercial litigation. Immediately since joining the firm, Mr. Oszust has been intimately involved with litigating high profile and complex construction disputes.
Mr. Oszust graduated from the Wayne State University Law School in 2018. During his time in law school, Mr. Oszust took part in Wayne State’s Transnational Environmental Law Clinic. As a member of the Transnational Environmental Law Clinic, Mr. Oszust developed a survey regarding maximum water contamination levels that was presented at a national conference to educate public interest groups and prevent catastrophes like the Flint water crisis from happening again. Mr. Oszust also served as Assistant Editor of Wayne State’s Law Review. Before law school, Mr. Oszust graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.
