Doug W. Eyre is a seasoned attorney and brings a breadth of experience to every matter he handles. After an externship with a federal appellate judge, he began his career at one of Michigan’s oldest and most prestigious law firms, specializing in construction, real estate, and commercial litigation. Mr. Eyre built a reputation within his firm and among its clients as an attorney who understood his clients’ business goals and defined success by obtaining results that provided value for them.

Ultimately, Mr. Eyre’s desire to litigate drew him back to private practice and he joined McAlpine, PC in 2016. He continues to define his success by providing results to his clients that add value to their businesses. Mr. Eyre litigates from coast to coast, presently having matters in the Southern District of New York, the Chancery Court of Delaware, and Northern District of California.
