• As a litigation attorney, I have successfully managed all aspects of complex multiparty disputes, as well as simple two party matters, in state, federal and appellate courts, as well as in arbitration and mediation, for construction / engineering / architectural claims of all varieties, including claims of professional malpractice, construction defects, breach of contract, lien foreclosure, product liability, personal injury, delay and acceleration, and post-acceptance building failures and deficiencies. I have also provided my engineering / architectural / construction clients with review, consulting and negotiation support during engineering / construction contract formation processes and on the review of construction claims. The subjects of these construction matters included commercial, industrial, and residential projects ranging from multi-million dollar corporate or municipal ventures to personal businesses and residences. I have also managed all aspects of cases involving environmental claims and defenses, class actions, breach of contract disputes, condemnation and utility relocation matters, and insurance defense for product liability and auto negligence claims.

• As a construction engineer for the worlds largest design/construct company, I managed the preparation of feasibility studies, project estimates and budgets, and construction claims processing, as well as tracking, forecasting and reporting on cost and schedule progress on fossil and nuclear power plant projects and an international multi-million dollar copper smelter/refinery at both the field and project levels.
