Complex Commercial Litigation

Our labor law practice includes assisting with the management of collective bargaining agreements, union contracts and employment matters.  We have counseled clients on a host of labor issues, including withdrawal liability for underfunded multiple employers benefit funds, termination of labor agreements, NLRB proceedings and union negotiations often handle labor law situations in which a business client has a need to get out of a labor agreement. We also deal with worker’s compensation programs, benefits issues, employment manuals, race and gender, sexual harassment, internal investigations, reporting policies, employee termination as well as non-compete and confidential agreement litigation.
